Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery Time within Riyadh:
- Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Delivery within Riyadh may take up to 48 hours during peak periods.
- Delivery hours within Riyadh are from 4 PM to 10 PM.
- The delivery person's arrival time depends on the neighborhood, and the customer will be contacted when they are nearing the delivery location.
Shipping Companies for Orders Outside Riyadh: Shiba or Aramex
Other Cities in the Kingdom: Within 2-7 business days.
Note: During promotional periods, shipping outside Riyadh may take up to 14 days.

For orders outside Riyadh, the above fees cover a weight of 20 kg only. For each additional kilogram, an additional 1 SAR will be charged.
Delivery Failure:
- Entering the correct address and contact number is the customer's responsibility. In case of any error, resulting in shipment cancellation or return, fees will apply according to the return and cancellation policy without exception.

- Riyadh Orders: The delivery representative will contact you before heading to your address.
- Delivery time within Riyadh is from 4 PM to 10 PM.
- Orders outside Riyadh: A shipment tracking number will be sent to you so you can track the shipment status directly from the shipping company's website.
